General terms of use (CGU)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for accessing and using the Zekast WordPress plugin and the zekast.studio website, published by Ramaje Studio.

1. Acceptance

Installing the plugin or browsing zekast.studio constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.

1. Access to the service

Zekast is a WordPress plugin. Using it requires:

• A self-hosted WordPress site (version 6.6 or later)
• PHP 8.1 or later
• A valid license key for paid features

The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, in particular for maintenance, security, or technical development reasons. Whenever possible, users will be notified in advance.

1. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use Zekast for its intended purpose (managing and distributing lawful podcast content)
• Not attempt to circumvent the licensing system
• Not publish through Zekast any content that is unlawful, defamatory, violent, or hateful, or that infringes the rights of third parties
• Not use the service for spam or for distributing unsolicited content
• Keep their login credentials confidential

1. Content published by users

The user is solely responsible for the content (audio files, metadata, descriptions) they publish through Zekast. The Seller acts as a host of this content within the meaning of the LCEN (French law on confidence in the digital economy) and cannot be held liable for it, unless it had knowledge of it and failed to act promptly to remove it.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend access to any manifestly unlawful content reported by a third party or identified by its own means.

1. Intellectual property

The Zekast plugin, its code, interfaces, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Ramaje Studio. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Content published by users remains their property. The user grants the Seller a limited, non-exclusive license to host and distribute this content as part of the service.

1. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts with jurisdiction over the Seller’s domicile.
