General terms of sale

Preamble
These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Zekast service offered by Ramaje Studio (hereinafter “the Seller”) through the zekast.studio website.
- Products and services
Zekast is a freemium WordPress plugin for managing and distributing podcasts. The commercial offers are as follows:

Tokens are the unit of consumption for processing services: 1 token per minute of transcription, 5 tokens per video clip, 1 token per AI-generated post. Tokens included in a subscription are allocated each calendar month; any unused balance carries over to the following month, up to one monthly allocation, and then expires. Tokens purchased separately in packs do not expire and are kept if the subscription is changed or canceled, until the account is deleted. Tokens are neither refundable nor convertible into cash.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As a French sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) under the VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the French Tax Code, CGI), no VAT is applicable.
- Ordering and activation
Orders are placed directly on zekast.studio through a secure form. Payment is processed by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the user receives by email:
- Their license key
- Instructions for installing the plugin
- Access to their customer account
- Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other compatible networks)
- Additional payment methods offered by Stripe Checkout depending on the user’s country (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, etc.)
For subscriptions (Starter, Pro or Studio), renewal is automatic on the anniversary date. The user can cancel at any time from their customer account on zekast.studio, effective at the end of the current period.
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
The Seller nevertheless grants, as a commercial gesture, a 30-day money-back guarantee: any request sent to contact@zekast.studio within 30 days of purchase is refunded in full, with no justification required.
- License to use
Purchasing a Zekast license entitles the buyer to:
- Installation on 1 WordPress site per license for the Free, Starter and Pro plans; up to 5 sites for the Studio plan
- Updates for the duration of the active subscription
- Access to support according to the plan subscribed to
The license is personal and non-transferable. It grants no rights to the plugin’s source code.
- Availability and support
The Seller undertakes to keep the plugin functional and compatible with the LTS versions of WordPress. Support is provided by email at contact@zekast.studio, with an indicative response time of 2 to 5 business days, reduced to 24 business hours for the Studio plan (priority support).
- Limitation of liability
The Zekast plugin is provided “as is”. The Seller cannot be held liable for:
- Interruptions or malfunctions related to third-party hosting (Bunny.net, Railway)
- Incompatibilities with third-party themes or plugins
- Any indirect damage related to the use of the plugin
The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months.
- Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account on zekast.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. When the subscription ends, the audio files hosted on the Zekast infrastructure are deleted from Bunny.net’s servers. Users are advised to download a copy of their files before canceling if they wish to keep them.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought by email at contact@zekast.studio. Failing that, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over the Seller’s domicile.
